Atlas Industries

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated October 9, 2026

We collect as little as we can. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information Atlas Industries handles when you visit this website, contact us or attend one of our events.

  1. 1.Who we are

Atlas Industries ("Atlas", "we", "us") is an event production and custom fabrication company established in the United States. We run this website, atlasindustries.xyz, and we are the controller of the personal information described on this page.

You can reach us about anything on this page at andrew@atlasindustries.xyz.

  2. 2.What we collect

We keep this short on purpose. We collect:

    • What you send us. When you use the contact form, email us or message us on Telegram, X or LinkedIn, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email address, company, the kind of event you have in mind, a budget range and your message.
    • Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when any page is loaded, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
    • Client and partner details. If we work together, we keep the business contact details, contracts, invoices and project files needed to deliver the work.
    • Event photos and video. We photograph and film the events we produce, and some of that material appears on this website and on our social channels.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as government ID numbers, health details or wallet seed phrases. Please do not send them.

  3. 3.Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, does not use tracking pixels and does not build a profile of you. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

To see how the site is used, we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, a service from our hosting provider. It works without cookies and reports totals only, such as which pages were viewed, the site a visitor came from, and their country, device type and browser. It does not follow you across other websites.

If we add any cookie or tracking tool that is not strictly needed to run the site, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

  4. 4.How we use it

    • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
    • To plan, deliver and invoice the events, merchandise and fabrication work you hire us for.
    • To show our past work, including photos and video from events.
    • To keep the website secure and working.
    • To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

  5. 5.Our legal grounds

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on these grounds:

    • Steps before a contract and performance of a contract, when you ask us for a proposal or hire us.
    • Legitimate interests, to answer messages, run and secure the site and present our portfolio, where your own rights do not outweigh those interests.
    • Legal obligation, for records we must keep.
    • Consent, where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  6. 6.Event photos and video

Our events are photographed and filmed, and guests are told this at registration or at the venue. If you appear in an image on this website or our social channels and would like it removed or blurred, email us with a link to the image and we will take care of it promptly.

  7. 7.Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only as far as they need it:

    • Our website host, which serves the site and keeps server logs.
    • Our email and document provider, which stores the messages you send us.
    • A public content delivery network that serves the map data on the Explorer page. Your browser requests that file directly, so the network sees your IP address.
    • Venues, suppliers and co-hosts, when we need to share a client contact to deliver an event you have hired us for.
    • Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

Event registration is usually handled on a third-party platform such as Luma, and our social channels are run by their own companies. Their privacy policies apply to what you do there, and links from this site to other sites are covered by those sites' own policies.

  8. 8.Where it is processed

We work internationally and we are based in the United States, where our main providers also operate. Your information may be processed outside the country you live in. Where the law requires it, we rely on recognised safeguards for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

  9. 9.How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to answer them and follow up on the conversation. If we work together, we keep project and financial records for as long as the law and our accounting duties require. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

  10. 10.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

    • Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
    • Ask us to correct or delete it.
    • Object to how we use it, or ask us to limit that use.
    • Receive it in a portable format.
    • Withdraw consent you have given.
    • Complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, email andrew@atlasindustries.xyz. We will not treat you differently for doing so, and we reply within the time the law allows. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

  11. 11.Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, and we limit access to the people who need it. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything you would not want to put in an email.

  12. 12.Children

This website and our events are for professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

  13. 13.Changes to this policy

We will update this page when what we do changes, and we will change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
